Reflection about Mentoring:
For mentoring, it was a really great experience to get together with other art teachers to share ideas. It is difficult to get teachers together but this gave us all an excuse to talk about new things that I am learning. It was a little different being a second year teacher and sharing information with veteran teachers. They were much more receptive to the information after we met and were going through the information. I think they were surprised at all of the technology that they could be using but did not even know about. I would love to continue to share more information with them in the future and continue this mentoring program.
